Education is the cornerstone of individual and community success. It is essential to getting and keeping a job with a livable wage and health benefits. And it is fundamental to a community's economic prosperity: a well-educated workforce attracts world-class jobs.

Here's just one example why improving our efforts in education in our area is so important: Did you know that about 400 students in the Mohawk Valley do not graduate from high school each year? These students are dropping out of school and decreasing their chances for a good job and stable life.
